NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Article IX, Section §123-46B(3) and (4) of the Esopus Town Code, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 19, 2026 at 7:45 p.m. Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, N.Y. for the purpose of considering the application of Andrew Rothlein (Jannilis, Ltd.) aka Rondout Yacht for a proposed site plan.
Proposal is to demolish and reconstruct an existing building located on the Rondout waterfront which would make improvements to the foundation, bathroom facilities, office, café and store. Subject parcel is located at 101 1st Street, Town of Esopus, New York, identified as Tax Map No. 56.50-2-1.114 in the Waterfront Zoning District.
All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application. Written comment may also be submitted by e-mail to planning-zoning@esopus.com, provided verbally during the meeting or submitted in writing to the Esopus Planning Board, PO Box 700, Port Ewen, NY 12466.
The application is on file in the Planning Board office for inspection by any interested party.
