NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-41 A (1) of the Esopus Town Code, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of considering the application of Shigekazu Moriya for a proposed area variance pursuant to §123-24F(5)(a) of the Town Code. The Applicant is proposing to locate a storage unit in the front yard setback
The site is located at 1388 Old Post Road, identified by tax map SBL No. 71.30-3-1.100 located in the R12 Zoning District. The application is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party.
