NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Article III, Section §107-16B(1) of the Esopus Town Code, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 7:40 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as comments may be heard) at Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, N.Y. for the purpose of considering the application of 683 Old Post Home LLC (Shany & Kelsey David) by Agent Control Point Associates for a proposed 2-lot subdivision.
Proposal is to create a 2-lot subdivision. Subject parcel is located at 680 Old Post Road in the Town of Esopus, New York, identified as Tax Map No. 71.2-3-10 in the R40 Zoning District.
All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application. Written comment may also be submitted by e-mail to planning-zoning@esopus.gov, provided verbally during the meeting or submitted in writing to the Esopus Planning Board, PO Box 700, Port Ewen, NY 12466.
