Notice of Public Hearing LWRP

Notice is hereby given, that the Town Board of the Town of Esopus, Ulster County, New York, will meet at the Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, New York, 12466, on the 19^th day of March, 2026, at 7:00 o’clock p.m., prevailing time, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on proposed updates to the Local Waterfront Revitalization Plan of the Town of Esopus, as described in the draft Local Waterfront Revitalization Plan on file with the Town Clerk.

Please take further notice that a copy of said draft Local Waterfront Revitalization Plan is available for review at the Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, New York.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard in person at the hearing or by directing comments in writing for receipt prior to the hearing by the Town Clerk, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, New York, or emailed to hnetter@esopus.gov with LWRP PUBLIC COMMENT in the subject line. All reasonable accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities.
