STRUCTURE AT 419 NEW SALEM RD, KINGSTON, NY 12401, TOWN OF ESOPUS
LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Town of Esopus Code, including Chapter 59 (Unsafe Buildings) and Chapter 96 (§ 96-15, Public Hearing; Removal by Town; Assessment of Expense), the Esopus Town Board will hold a Public Hearing.
The hearing will take place at 7:00 PM on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at the Esopus Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, NY, regarding the safety of the building and premises at 419 New Salem Rd, Kingston, NY, currently owned by Julianna Peters, SBL 56.15-1-23.
At such hearing, the Town Board shall hear and consider all relevant evidence and statements concerning the condition of the property and shall thereafter determine what action is appropriate pursuant to the Town of Esopus Code and applicable law.
